Do you have relevant experience in a recruitment / sales firm? Do others describe you as a proactive and tenacious person?
- Perform the complete recruitment process (display mandates, search for candidates, conduct telephone and in-person interviews, carry out various checks and professional references as well as submit a job offer);
- Develop and maintain a network of contacts to quickly identify the best talents on the market;
- Use the most efficient practices allowing the attraction of the best talents;
- Collaborate with the various account managers in the execution of mandates;
- Attend the various networking events of the Precision Recruitment.
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales or recruiting role;
- Good knowledge in accounting firm;
- Interest in talent hunting and for professional services;
- Functional bilingualism;
- Results oriented personality;
- Ability to take action with minimal preparation;
- Unfailing tenacity.
